Cu o experienta de peste 20 ani in consultanta fiscala locala si internationala la Taxhouse si Deloitte, Ciprian a asistat numeroase companii cu capital privat, romanesti sau internationale sa identifice si sa gestioneze cu succes probleme fiscale, cu precadere din domeniul preturilor de transfer. Ciprian actioneaza de asemenea ca expert parte in litigii fiscale de preturi de transfer pentru clientii Taxhouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El este autorul a numeroase articole in domeniul preturilor de transfer si este invitat frecvent sa vorbeasca la evenimente si dezbateri ce privesc taxarea internationala. De asemenea, Ciprian este implicat direct in discutiile cu autoritatile din Romania privind modificarea legislatiei fiscale prin intermediul Camerei de Comert Americana in Romania&nbsp;(AmCham)&nbsp;si al Consiliuliului Investitorilor Straini. El este o prezenta activa atat in comunitatea leaderilor din business, cat si in mediul universitar din Romania, fiind implicat in evenimente dedicate studentilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciprian are o diploma de licenta de la Facultatea de Contabilitate si Informatica de Gestiune din Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti. Este certificat ADIT&nbsp;(Advance&nbsp;Diploma in International Taxation) in domeniul preturilor de transfer. Este consultant fiscal autorizat de Camera Consultantilor Fiscali&nbsp;(CCF)&nbsp;din Romania, este auditor financiar autorizat de catre Autoritatea pentru Supravegherea Publica a Activitatii de Audit Statutar&nbsp;(ASPAAS)&nbsp;si expert contabil autorizat de Corpul Expertilor Contabili si Contabililor Autorizati&nbsp;(CECAR)&nbsp;din Romania.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciprian este Partener in cadrul Taxhouse si lider al practicii de preturi de transfer.
