Alexandru are o experienta de peste 20 de ani in materie de consultanta fiscala, dobandita inclusiv in cadrul unor companii de tip Big4, precum Deloitte si PwC, unde a coordonat departamentul de impozite indirecte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandru detine cunostinte vaste in planificarea fiscala si in implementarea unor structuri fiscale eficiente la nivel international, acordand totodata asistenta clientilor in materie de contencios fiscal&nbsp;(TVA&nbsp;si accize). El a fost consultant local in cadrul programului PHARE pentru implementarea in Romania a unei legislatii armonizate cu cea europeana in ceea ce priveste TVA-ul, fiind implicat deopotriva in procesul de redactare a legislatiei si in organizarea de cursuri pentru expertii din cadrul Ministerul Finantelor din Romania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandru a coordonat in mod activ proiecte de pre-aderare si post-aderare, constand in implementarea unor noi proceduri, adaptarea sistemelor informatice si instruirea personalului unor societati de top din Romania pentru conformarea la cerintele legislatiei europene implementate in Codul fiscal romanesc.
